Program Name
Lantern Home Services SMS.
Program Description
Lantern Home Services operates two separate SMS programs, and you opt into each one independently. The Service program sends messages for lead follow-up, appointment coordination, service updates, customer care, and review follow-up. The Marketing program sends promotional messages such as referral rewards, discounts, and special offers. You can join either program, both, or neither.
Opt-In
You can opt in on the Lantern Home Services website or intake forms, which present two separate SMS consent checkboxes: one for the Service program and a separate one for the Marketing program. Both are unchecked by default, and you must actively check a box to join that program. Marketing consent is collected separately from service consent. Consent to either program is optional and is not required to request service or complete a purchase.
Message Frequency
Service messages: message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Marketing messages: message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. After STOP, Lantern Home Services will send one confirmation message and then stop texting that number unless you opt in again.
